XXL desk mats from 900×400 mm to 1200×600 mm, plus custom dimensions. Natural rubber base, sublimation-printed cloth surface, stitched edges. Standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design — large-format mats can start at 100 pieces as a trial order.

These are the extended formats ordered most often by gaming peripheral brands, streamer merch lines, and corporate offices. Anything between or beyond them can be cut to your dimensions.

Specify a mat 50–80 mm narrower than the usable desk width so it does not overhang the edge or catch on drawers. Full dimensions in millimetres and inches for every tier, including the smaller formats, are in our desk mat size guide.
Custom sizes carry no tooling surcharge. Cloth-top rubber-base mats are die-cut from continuous stock rather than moulded, so the cost difference between a 900×400 and a 950×450 is the material area delta — typically under 10% at the same thickness and surface. Lead time is identical to standard sizes.
The order minimum is set by print economics, not by policy. Here is exactly how it works and what it costs.
The minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per design for standard pad types. Large-format desk mats — 1000×400 mm, 600×400 mm and similar oversize sizes — can be produced as a 100-piece trial order instead, because the larger print area carries more of the fixed setup cost per piece.
Setup cost — colour matching, proofing and press calibration — is largely fixed per design and is recovered over the total printed area, not the piece count. A 1000×400 mm mat covers roughly five times the area of a 220×180 mm gaming pad, so 100 large mats carry a comparable share of that setup as several hundred small pads.
| Quantity | Extended desk mat, per piece | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 100 pcs | Quoted per project | Trial order, large formats only. Unit price sits above the 200-piece rate because the setup is shared over fewer pieces. |
| 200 pcs+ | $3.50 | Standard entry quantity for any size or design. |
| 500 pcs+ | $2.80 | Volume rate. Sea freight becomes worth costing at this quantity. |
Prices are indicative for a cloth-top mat on a natural rubber base and vary with size, thickness, edge finish and print complexity. Request a quote with your dimensions and artwork for an exact figure, including freight to your country.
A trial order is a normal way to begin, not a concession. Most B2B relationships here start with one modest run: you check colour fidelity, edge stitching and packaging against your own artwork, then scale up once the result is in hand.
