What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design. This applies to all standard pad types including gaming pads, desk mats, promotional pads, and custom shape pads. RGB and wireless charging pads have the same 100-piece MOQ.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 5–7 business days after proof approval. This covers printing, edge finishing, and quality inspection. Rush production (3–4 days) is available for an additional charge — contact us to confirm availability before placing a rush order.

Do you ship to Europe and the USA?

Yes. We ship worldwide. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for the EU, UK, and USA — meaning we handle customs clearance and import duties so you receive the goods without extra paperwork. Express delivery takes 5–7 days. Air freight is 10–15 days. Sea freight is 25–35 days for large orders.

What materials are available?

Base options are natural rubber (standard), PU foam (budget), and EVA foam (ultra-budget). Surface fabric options are speed weave (low friction), control cloth (high friction), and hard surface (plastic or aluminium). Thickness options are 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer physical samples before mass production. A digital proof (mockup with your artwork) is provided free of charge. A physical pre-production sample can be shipped via express courier — sample cost and shipping are charged separately and can be credited toward your bulk order. Contact us to arrange a sample.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), PDF, and PNG files. Images must be at 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can assist with artwork preparation — let us know in your inquiry.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Trade Assurance is recommended for first-time buyers — it protects your payment until you confirm the order meets specifications.

What is your quality control process?

Every batch goes through inspection before shipment. We check print accuracy (color, alignment, edge-to-edge coverage), edge finish quality (stitching integrity, no fraying), base material consistency, and packaging. Pre-shipment photos are sent to you for confirmation before we dispatch the order.

Are your mouse pads compliant with EU and California safety regulations?

Yes. Our mouse pads are manufactured to REACH, RoHS, and California Proposition 65 (CA 65) compliance standards. These certifications are relevant for buyers importing into the EU, UK, and US markets. Documentation is available on request.

Do you apply FNSKU labels and provide Amazon FBA-ready prep for private label orders?

Yes. For private label orders SkyTroni Pads generates UPC/EAN barcodes, applies FNSKU labels, and preps individual polybags and master cartons to Amazon FBA requirements, including carton labeling and ASIN-ready packaging. This is available on OEM and ODM private label runs from the standard 100-piece MOQ — share your marketplace requirements when requesting a quote.
